Massaro Corporation owns, manages and occupies 120 Delta Drive.  The 22,100 square foot, one story corporate office building was recently renovated, adding 8,100 square feet of sustainable office space.

Demolition and construction began in July of 2007 with a groundbreaking ceremony, which also represented Massaro Corporation’s 40th anniversary celebration.  The original 14,000 square foot building included a lobby/receptionist area, 26 offices, conference room, kitchen and two sets of restrooms.
