Twin Towers - The new home of Erdman Anthony and SIS Pittsburgh, LLC

March 2009 - Massaro Properties, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of three new tenants to the Massaro tenant roster in the Parkway West corridor. Each had an immediate need for office space and we were able to accommodate their requirements by expediting the lease and build-out for a timely move-in.

CADVenture, an Ohio-based technical training and support company, is the Great Lakes premier Value-Added Re-seller of SolidWorks software. Their new location in Park West Two, located at 2000 Cliff Mine Road, is their first in the Pittsburgh Market.

The Twin Towers building, located 4955 Steubenville Pike, will be the new home of Erdman Anthony and SIS Pittsburgh LLC. Erdman Anthony, of Rochester, NY, specializes in infrastructure engineering and support services ranging in government and private industry. SIS is a technical consulting firm based out of Duluth, GA and is a gold certified partner of Microsoft.

Graham Kukucka, a Massaro leasing and sales representative, handled all lease negotiations while Marc Battistone, the asset manager, oversaw the build-out and delivery of each space.
