818 Braddock Avenue

July 2008 - Massaro Properties, LLC has added two new historic properties available for sale located at 818 and 820 Braddock Avenue. The owner of the properties, A.J. Silberman and Company, engaged the services of Massaro to represent their buildings after we successfully completed the sale of their 60,000 square foot warehouse facility, also located on Braddock Avenue.

Eight Twenty Braddock Avenue is a landmark building that has stood the test of time, continuing to make a bold statement with its thick concrete columns and grand entrance in the small community. Once home to the Braddock Bank, this 12,000 square foot structure also includes a 1.34 acre parking lot that can accommodate 80 vehicles.

Eight Eighteen Braddock Avenue is a two-story, 12,000 square foot building with 6,000 square feet available for lease on the second floor. The first level is leased to Children’s Hospital and operates as Family Care Connection.
