June 2007 - Massaro Properties, LLC welcomes three new tenants to Robinson Plaza Two, located at Route 60 and Park Manor Drive. All three new tenants will begin occupying space on July 1. The space was designed and built to the tenants’ specific needs and standards.

PA CareerLink, an organization that provides career and employment services to job seekers and employers, has leased 8,923 square feet of space. Airport Corridor Transportation Association (ACTA), a non-profit transportation management association, has also leased 1,361 square feet of space. Cornerstone America, a provider of health and life insurance, has finalized a lease for 1,842 square feet of space.

An advantage for all the tenants is the building’s visibility and accessibility to the major highways. It provides easy access to I-79, I-279, Route 60 and Route 22. The building also has many upgraded features, such as an updated and enlarged lobby with new floor tiles, wood laminate wall panels, new lighting and ceilings, elevator cab renovations and ADA restrooms on the first floor.
