6117 Broad Street

January 2009 - Massaro Properties, LLC was hired by Three Rivers Youth (TRY) to provide real estate services. TRY is one of the leading youth-serving agencies providing community-based care and treatment for troubled young people and their families. Massaro provided buyer representation services, which included researching the real estate market to identify a building that met their needs.

Massaro also provided additional services such as property condition assessments and estimates for renovations. The new 18,000 square foot office is located at 6117 Broad Street in East Liberty. TRY will be relocating from 2039 Termon Avenue.

They are excited about relocating to East Liberty and becoming part of the redevelopment plans in that neighborhood.
