Massaro Properties, LLC Buys 421 Seventh Avenue

May 2008 – In early February, Massaro Properties, LLC purchased 421-427 Seventh Avenue, a six-story, 51,000 square foot office building located on the corner of William Penn Place and Seventh Avenue. The entire building is currently occupied by The Western School of Business. The Western School of Business and Health is owned by Career Education Corporation (www.careered.com), a publicly traded company, located in Hoffman Estates, IL.

The building will undergo a $4,000,000 base building renovation and tenant improvements for The Western School of Business. Upon completion, our tenant will occupy the basement through floor four, allowing the fifth and sixth floors available for lease.
