January 2008 - Computer Aid, Inc., a world -class information technology company, has been a tenant at Park West Two since 2004, occupying 1,400 square feet. Recently, they contacted Massaro Properties to discuss expanding their office space to accommodate over 40 employees. Their goal was to centralize employees from various projects to be unified in the Pittsburgh area by January 1, 2008.

After meeting with Computer Aid to discuss their office space requirements, we then designed a space plan that would accommodate their new employees in an environment suited to their business needs. A six-year lease extension was negotiated and signed. Massaro Properties worked seamlessly with Computer Aid to understand their need, negotiate the deal, and to complete an 8,000 square foot renovation; all within a three month period.
