David Massaro supervises the leasing and management of over 600,000 square feet of office space, and is responsible for all new real estate acquisitions and developments. His background includes over 15 years of experience in sales, finance and management on Wall Street and in the health care equipment industry. David is a graduate of the Catholic University of America with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and is a licensed Pennsylvania real estate agent.

David is a member of the National Association of Office and International Properties (NAIOP). He served as Western PA NAIOP President in 2002 and 2003. David also serves on the boards of Youthworks, Three River Workforce Investment Board, City Theatre and St. Margaret Foundation.

Graham joined Massaro Properties in early 2008 and is responsible for leasing the Massaro portfolio, as well as a full-range of brokerage services. He previously was the Director of Brokerage Services for a Wexford-based commercial real estate company, and has a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Managerial Economics from Allegheny College. Graham is also a member of the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP), Young Real Estate Professionals of Pittsburgh (YREP), The Small Business Network (TSBN), Pittsburgh Young Professionals (PYP) and the Rotary Club of Pittsburgh.

Linda Massaro is currently a commercial sales and leasing agent for Massaro Properties, LLC. She began her career in the commercial real estate industry with Massaro in 1983 after graduating from the University of Miami. After time spent working as a certified fitness professional, Linda rejoined the family business in April 2006 as a leasing agent responsible for marketing, leasing and selling commercial space. Linda represents clients in all segments of the market.

Marc Battistone is responsible for the property management of over 500,000 square feet of space in the Massaro Properties portfolio. His responsibilities include the day-to-day operations of the buildings, as well as negotiating lease renewals with tenants and overseeing construction and renovation of new space. Marc has over fourteen years of experience in property management in both Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia, working with owners of office buildings, retail strip malls and apartment communities. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh as well as a Master of Business Administration from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. Marc is also currently a member of the RIDC Park West Association, IREM and holds a Certified Property Management (CPM) designation.
